How it works
Once you tell us what you want, we will work with you to figure out the best solution that is
within your budget. We will explain the work to be done, and give you a price.
If you accept the price, we e-mail you an invoice for the full amount, but you only have to pay
50% to get the work started. Payment can be made with credit or debit card, via Paypal, or
interest-free credit over six months (subject to credit approval).
As we progress with the work, we will keep you informed, and give you opportunities to make
changes to what we are doing. For example, if we are writing the lyrics for you, we will send
them to you for your approval before they are passed to the vocalist for recording.
Once the work is complete, we will send you a lower quality MP3 for you to listen to and
approve. Once you are completely happy with the end result, you pay us the balance of the
amount due, then we send you a high quality audio file - usually in high bitrate MP3 and WAV
formats, although we can provide any format you want. We will also send you an assignment
of copyright as a PDF file.
The download links for your audio files will be available indefinitely, so you'll never have to
worry about losing them.
